Terms and Conditions

 

Payments

 

Monthly Fees are applicable for all our services.

 

Payment must be made before commencing any classes.  If payment has not been made you will be refused entry.

 

You will be charged on a pro rata basis from the date you join.  From the 1st of the next month you will be charged the monthly amount.

 

When you join Ignite Performance, an online account is set up which you can record personal information and set up payment options.  Once payments have been authorised and a full Par Q form is completed, you can book into training sessions.  Full details are given in your membership confirmation email.

 

Payment dates are set for the 1st of each month.  This cannot be changed.

 

If cancelling, you must give four weeks written notice via email to hello@igniteperformance.uk

Payments cannot be transferred, offered as credit, or be refunded once payment has been made.  Direct debit payments will be adjusted to cover the four week notice period.  Once that payment has been made your direct debit will be cancelled.

 

If an automated payment fails, then they system will automatically try and take up to 3 further attempts.  After this no further attempt will be taken and our team will be in touch.

 

Class Bundle packages must be used within the time-period set from purchase.  These cannot be extended.

 

All class credits must be used within the time-period set from purchase; these cannot be extended beyond the time period.

 

 

Clubright:

 

Clubright is the company that provides the information management system through which we control the administration for all our members.  You will have your own personal account with Clubright allowing you to view and manage personal details and fee payments.
